Conrad

Conrad is an agriculturally based community located near the East slope of the Rocky Mountain Front. The nearest City is Great Falls, located 50 miles south. With a population of 2800, Conrad is easily accessible, lying along I-15 with two exits into the town and having an airport with a 4200 ft lighted runway.

There is an excellent water supply with a modern water treatment plant and the recent completion of the new pump station at Lake Frances. Conrad is capable of supplying at least double the water required at its peak current use.

Conrad boasts a 9 -hole golf course, municipal swimming pool, baseball complex, tennis courts, shady parks, bowling, health club, community theatre group, movie theater, and a variety of dining experiences. There is an active trap club and Montana’s newest museum is Conrad’s Transportation and History Museum.
The school system is excellent with less than a 5% dropout rate. 88% of the graduates seek higher education, with 72% seeking a 4 -year degree.
